TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Hub HQ will not tolerate disrespectful behaviour to its community, the venue or the surrounding businesses. Inappropriate behaviour will result in a ban from our establishment.
  • Once you have booked and paid for your room hire we will only accept cancellations 48 hrs prior to the reservation.
  • A full refund will be deposited back into your chosen bank within 48hrs of notice received.
  • The Hub HQ definition of a full day is min 8 hrs anything less than that will be calculated at the hourly rate and charged at the hourly rate.
  • Catering is available on request, please email admin@thehubhq.com.au for our catering menu and and a catering quote.
